When it comes to the retail environment, there is always a demand for training. Brand inductions help train employees on a brand’s values, product and customer service philosophies. With multiple employees across 360 stores Markham was looking to save time and resources by reducing the need for in person training sessions. By providing online induction material new employees are given the tools to complete their training in their own time and from anywhere. The end goal; better customer service and a more positive shopping experience for consumers.

Markham has a strong brand presence and following. This is evident from the volume of positive consumer engagement on their social media platforms. A very cool local brand!
