Overview

An in-house training video was requested to celebrate 60 years of trade and to promote a more proactive customer service approach within Matahari stores. Playing on the company tagline ‘feel good’, the objective was to remind staff that little acts of kindness in the workplace result in a more positive experience for consumers, colleagues, and ultimately yourself. A reflection of Matahari’s commitment to providing a consumer-centric shopping experience where customers feel valued and cared for. I created the script and scamp concept drawings.

We had hoped to produce the video locally but unfortunately, as is the case with a lot of Matahari work, production in Asia is more cost-effective. It also helps when dealing with a foreign language voiceover.
