Staff training is crucial in any retail environment, and inductions are essential for employees to familiarise themselves with the product range, whether in-store or online.

In 2022, @home purchased Granny Goose, and store staff were encouraged to learn about the brand’s unique heritage and commitment to ethically-sourced materials. This knowledge proved invaluable when advising @home guests on the product benefits unique to the brand. Correct selling and up-selling techniques were added to the induction training to facilitate increased sales margins across brands.
