Overview

A two-phase project. Phase one centered around platform awareness and associated benefits for the Group. Phase two focused on educating learners on best practice re. using the site and filtering with defined search requirements. By encouraging store staff to download the app, play and investigate, in-store stock/size issues could be addressed on the fly, especially during peak demand. Assisting the in-store consumer = a facilitated sale, a new online subscriber, and a positive Customer experience. Win-win!

Illustrations done for the online learning course.

Some illustrations I created to mirror the existing style. The Bash team decided to stick with their official bank which makes sense. Their CI rules are strong and being an e-commerce site, they should be. Kudos. They did keep my omni-channel GIF so all was not lost.

I'm delighted my 'drum roll' finally gets used :)

Graphic Design of the course material, layout etc. Illustrations were supplied once the official CI was received. Prior to this I attempted to replicate the illustration style using stock as a base – see examples supplied (not used).

The most robust CI I have ever read. Loved the detail and seeing just how comprehensive an omnichannel CI needs to be.
