It’s hot, but so is Botswana.
E Monate is a friend’s side hustle project operating out of his kitchen in Maun Botswana. Using chillies from community gardens and water supplied by the Okavango Delta (one of the richest inland freshwater wetland ecosystem in the world) it’s small footprint has helped pay school fees and other lifes ‘chilli sauce’.
